Battery Research Grade Gloveboxes

Our laboratory is equipped with four argon-atmosphere gloveboxes dedicated to battery research.

Note: The number of user groups using a glovebox at the same time is determined by the laboratory manager based on the complexity of proposed activities within the ESAF. Generally, no more than two user groups per glovebox are allowed access at the same time. Please plan ahead. Check the schedule and request access as soon as you know your beamtime dates.

Except for local APS users, no long-term sample storage in the gloveboxes is allowed. Please review our laboratory glovebox rules .

Li-ion battery research – sulfur-free (433-D030)
